  • If and when the processing of your personally identifiable data has been or still is unlawful, you can request a restriction on data processing instead of the erasure thereof.
  • If we do not need your personally identifiable data any longer, while you need such data for exercising, defending, or alleging any legal claim, you have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personally identifiable data instead of the erasure thereof.
  • If and when your file an objection pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 1 of GDPR, a balance will need to be struck between your and our interests. As long as it is not established whose interests will prevail, you have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personally identifiable data.

If and when you have restricted the processing of your personally identifiable data, such data may, apart from their storage, not be processed, unless subject to your consent, or in order to allege, exercise or defend any statutory claim, or to protect the rights of any other natural or legal person, or for any reason of substantial public interest of the European Union or of a member State.
